Mission
Statement: Sharing the Life-Changing Love and Grace of Jesus Christ
Theme:
We begin to and practice love in the home – so that – we
can fulfill the mission to share Christ love and grace in the world.
Loving people we know intimately is sometimes more
challenging than loving the stranger I our midst.
Thus, loving, forgiving, and living together in harmony in
the family will build your Christian character for mission in the
world.
Mid-Week Message Series
Spiritual Disciplines Grow Healthy Disciples
Feb. 9 through March 16
This
Mid-week series begins with Ash Wednesday and continues each
Wednesday through Lent. The
theme is Spiritual Disciplines and is based on the book Celebration
of Discipline by Richard Foster.
We will invite people to read the book throughout Lent, but
it is not needed to attend. Each
Wednesday after Ash Wednesday we will gather for a meal and then a
time of teaching, reflection/discussion, and then prayer.

Title:
Forgiveness Is A Process
Text:
Matthew 18:21-22
Preacher:
John
Presider:
John
Core Value:
Forgive As Jesus Forgives Us
Theme:
Forgiveness is not a one-time event.
It is a process of healing a broken relationship.
This process takes much effort on the one who has been hurt
as well as the sinner who caused the hurt.
God is with us every step of the way.
If we lean on God and persist in the process there is
victory.
