Come to the Last Chance Saloon on April 10 as Journey of Faith, SOTL’s
Saturday worship music team take the stage under the
longhorns for the first time.
The Last Chance Music Series is held on the second Sunday of each
month at The Last Chance Saloon, 129 Center St. in Grayslake from 7 – 9
PM. Admission is free. Bring a friend or neighbor.

The Shepherds Bells and Chimes choirs will be hosting the Third Annual
Spring Ring on Sunday April 17 at 3:00pm. Choirs from
Irving Park Lutheran Church in Chicago,
Wildwood Presbyterian Church, United Protestant in Grayslake and the B J
Hooper School in Lindenhurst will be participating. Come and enjoy and

Affirmation of Baptism
8th Grade Students will be affirming their baptism on Saturday May 14th at
7:00 p.m. The Affirmation
rehearsal will be on Wednesday May
11th. Please keep these students
in your prayers as they affirm their commitment to love and serve the

Annual Boy Scout Pancake Breakfast on May 14th
Come and support Boy Scout Troop 73, Chartered by Shepherd of the Lakes
Lutheran Church, on May 14th from 7:00AM to
11:00AM for their Annual Pancake Breakfast
and Bake Sale located in Luther Hall. The cost of the tickets will be
$5.00 for adults and $4.00 for seniors and children 4 - 12. Children 3
and under are free. $1.00 of each ticket goes to the boys' accounts. The
money in their accounts can be used for anything scout related such as
camp, the high adventure trip, Philmont Scout Ranch Trek, or even items
such as hiking boots or a sleeping bag. The Troops' new patrol boxes
were outfitted with camping gear from last year’s breakfast. This year's
goal is to try and replace some of the more worn-out tents with new
lighter weight tents."

Make Tracks to Serengeti Trek - Where Kids Are Wild About God
Get ready for another great week of Vacation Bible School!
The trek will last: June
13-17 (9:00am – 12:00pm). Lots of
volunteers are needed to help make
